Learn About What We Offer

Laser hair Removal, Vascular lesion Removal, pigmentation/sunspot Removal & laser skin tightening

Our laser is attracted by melanin, the dark pigment that gives color to hair. The laser tracks this pigment to the root of each hair and then releases heat energy, disabling the root and the blood supply that assists in regenerating new hair. The laser beam does not harm the surrounding skin as it targets the melanin found in the hair follicles.

Plexr can treat a vast number of indications and it’s probably the most versatile tool in aesthetics today. It has a long list of uses, ranging from aesthetics, dermatological, to dental, to ophthalmological.

Plexr is a non-surgical treatment which offers an effective alternative to surgical procedures such as blepharoplasty (eyelid correction), face/neck lift and scar. Plexr creates a plasma arc to stimulate instant contraction and tightening of the skin in a process that takes 2-4 weeks. There is no scalpel or laser used and therefor no stitches.

Following a consultation to see if you are a suitable candidate for Plexr, when you return for the procedure numbing cream is applied to minimise any discomfort. Treatment time, including topical numbing cream, may be 20-60 minutes depending on the treatment area. One to three treatments may be needed for each area at 6-8 week intervals.

The treatment is performed with dots created by the Plexr device to sublimate (change from solid to gas) the superficial skin cells without bleeding or damage to surrounding tissue.

Following treatment, the areas treated will be red with swelling. At the site of each dot, there will be a carbon crust that should not be touched except to camouflage for 7 days. You will need to keep the treated area clean, dry and protected from sun exposure or direct sources of heat for a minimum of 30 days. You will be given creams to apply for the following week which can aid with the healing process.

It is imperative to follow after care advice to avoid complications.

Plexr is an effective treatment for individuals with excess skin on the upper and lower eyelids, fine lines and photodamaged skin. This treatment can be preformed on any skin type. This procedure does not involve cutting the skin or stitches meaning a faster healing time. It is an excellent option for individuals not ready for eyelid surgery or for those who are not suitable for a surgical blepharoplasty.

Dermatological uses:

• Active acne

• Acne Scars

• Xanthelasmas

• Keloids

The Dermapen™  microneedling pen uses sterile, individually-sealed, disposable needle cartridges for optimal patient safety and comfort. Every Dermapen needle tip is actually made up of 12 smaller needles, which use proprietary technology to penetrate vertically into the skin. This creates small, micro-skin channels, while stimulating the skin’s natural ability to heal itself and increasing the production of new collagen — which is the formation of strong, insoluble fibers that serve as connective tissue between cells.

These micro-skin channels carry up to 80% more topical nutrients, allowing penetration deep into the dermis fibroblasts, feeding the cells found in the dermis and basal layers. This increases the absorption of active ingredients into the skin, stimulating repair at a cellular level and accelerating the regeneration of the skin’s epidermal cells.

This treatment is similar to laser treatments, but without the severe side effects or the long recovery time. Adding to that benefit, studies have shown that Dermapen treatments are more effective than traditional microdermabrasion and chemical peels, due to how the disposable needles reduce the risk of cross-contamination. The adjustable needle depth also allows treatment that adapts to individual client’s needs.

Fillers & Neuromodulator's

For those who would rather steer clear of going under the knife to shave a few years off their appearance, this new aesthetic procedure using         Neuromodulator's and Fillers

The Neuromodulator is a purified form of the botulinum toxin that is obtained from bacteria. The regulated amount given to correct wrinkles has been used safely for decades.

Botulinum toxin works by blocking nerve signals in the muscles where it is injected. When those nerve signals are interrupted, the affected muscle is temporarily paralyzed or frozen. Without movement of these selected muscles in the face,

certain wrinkles may be softened, reduced, or even removed.

This treatments made with botulinum toxin are sometimes called neuromodulators or neurotoxins.

What can be corrected?

Botulinum toxin only works on wrinkles that are caused by muscle movement. These are known as dynamic wrinkles, and are often called "expression lines."

The most common dynamic wrinkles that Botulinum toxin can treat are lines on the upper face, such as the "11" between the brows, horizontal lines on the forehead, and crow's feet around the eyes. These lines are caused by smiling, frowning, squinting, and other facial expressions.

Botox will not work on fine lines and wrinkles caused by sagging or loss of plumpness in the face. These are known as static wrinkles. Static wrinkles include lines in the cheeks, neck, and jowl areas.

Botulinum toxin is not a permanent treatment. Repeated treatments are necessary for continued wrinkle-reducing effects. Most people find that the muscle-relaxing effect lasts for 3 to 4 months.

Dermal Fillers

How Does Dermal Fillers Work?

Most dermal fillers use a hyaluronic acid gel to add volume to key facial contours. This gel helps add structure underneath the sagging skin, which creates instant lift and volume. The hyaluronic acid gel is available in a variety of different viscosities, which are meant to address different parts of the face (e.g. cheek augmentation, lip augmentation, filling in smile lines, etc.).

In addition to adding instant volume, hyaluronic acid – a naturally occurring compound – encourages the production of collagen and elastin. This promotes long-term results that can be visible much after the immediate volumizing effects of dermal fillers have faded.

Some dermal filler brands come with lidocaine, which helps manage any discomfort associated with the injection process.
